1. What We Do

GalantView is a licensed car brokerage and shipping company. We help buyers and sellers connect, trade, and transport vehicles across state lines and international borders.

2. Buying Rules & "As-Is" Policy

All Sales Are Final ("As-Is"): Unless specifically stated in writing, every vehicle sold through our platform is purchased "As-Is, Where-Is." This means you are buying the car in its current condition, with all fault or damage present at the time of sale.
Bids Are Legal Commitments: Once you win an auction or confirm a purchase order, you are legally required to buy the car. Invoices must be paid within 48 hours. If you fail to pay, you may be charged cancellation fees.

3. Payments & Shipping Charges

All vehicle and logistics payments must be remitted via secure Electronic Bank-to-Bank Transfer. GalantView accepts both domestic and international account transfers, including:

Wire Transfers (Domestic Fedwire & International SWIFT)
Direct Account-to-Account (A2A) Transfers & ACH

Payment must be sent strictly to the official GalantView bank account details listed on your verified invoice. Buyers are responsible for paying all auction fees, shipping costs, import taxes, and custom duties charged by their home country.

4. Shipping Timelines

Shipping dates are estimated timelines given to us by truck drivers and ocean freight companies. GalantView is not responsible for shipping delays caused by bad weather, port congestion, or customs holds.

Warranty & Returns

Our Warranty Policy

Because we sell cars through wholesale and auction channels at reduced prices, we do not offer dealer warranties or money-back guarantees on mechanical condition.

Our Honest Reporting Guarantee

Even though we sell cars "As-Is," we care about honesty. We work hard to ensure the inspection reports you see before buying are completely accurate:

Reporting Errors: If the car arrives at the U.S. port with major hidden damage that was completely left off your original inspection report (such as unlisted structural frame damage), you must inform us within 72 hours so we can investigate.
Marine Insurance: We strongly recommend adding Marine Shipping Insurance at checkout. This protects your vehicle against accidents or storms while it is traveling across the ocean.

Cancellations & Refunds

Canceling Before Pickup: If you cancel an order after paying but before we pick the car up from the auction or dealer, you will be charged a 15% processing fee plus any storage fees racked up at the lot.
Once the Car Leaves: Once a car is loaded onto a truck or ship, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are allowed.
